Withdrawals from your telkomwd balance

To withdraw, navigate to the Withdraw section in your telkomwd account menu. Select your linked payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. We review your request to prevent fraud — this includes checking your account history, deposit sources, and bet patterns. Standard review takes 1–2 hours.

Once approved, we initiate the transfer to your chosen payment method. E-wallets receive funds within minutes; bank transfers take 1–2 business hours. Special holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek) may extend processing times. We do not charge withdrawal fees — your full approved amount reaches your payment method. Withdrawals are processed only to your original deposit method (e.g., if you deposited via e-wallet, your withdrawal goes back to mobile banking).

Bet settlement and game fairness

All games on telkomwd use certified random-number generators (RNG) and are audited by independent testing labs. Each bet outcome is calculated fairly and independently of previous bets or your account balance. We do not have the ability to adjust results in real time.

Bet results are final once the game result is confirmed and recorded in your account. For football markets (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, etc.), results are determined by official league or match data. For live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), results are determined by the dealer's actions and the gaming equipment, which we cannot influence.

If you believe a result is incorrect, contact our support team within 24 hours with details of the disputed bet. We investigate by cross-referencing game provider logs and official match data. If we find a system error on our side, we correct your account. If the result is confirmed accurate, we explain the outcome and close the dispute.

Suspended accounts cannot bet or withdraw during the suspension period. If your account is permanently closed due to violation, we may retain your balance pending investigation.
